Initial Contact
When first reaching out for a commission please let Jessica know in as much detail what you are looking for and why you would like her to make your piece.
Provide as Many Details as Possible
The more information Jessica has the more prepared she will be to complete your commission. Don't be vague. If you can provide reference images this will help in the commission process.
Expect to Discuss Pricing and Timeline
Expect to discuss the details of the commission and how that affects the cost of the piece. And, expect to discuss the anticipated timeline and how that affects the completion of the commission. There will be agreement paperwork to fill out once price, timeline and payment have been settled.
Payment
A 25% down payment is required once all of the details have been confirmed. The remaining amount of the commission is due upon completion of the commission. The remaining payment must be made prior to the commission being handed off this includes any digital files. Payment plans can be discussed if you need to pay for the commission in installments. This is something that will be detailed out in the agreement paperwork.
